These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of elonvideos.com and your purchase of digital video assets from ElonVideos LLC. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. Our Products
We sell downloadable digital video assets, including Ultra 4K video assets, Full HD Horizontal and HD Vertical Video assets. Product pages should describe the available resolution, format, duration, file size, intended use, license type, and any restrictions.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Accounts
Some features or downloads may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the website, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices, available products, and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total, including applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout. An order is not complete until payment is authorized and we confirm the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order when necessary to prevent fraud, correct a clear pricing or listing error, address availability or technical issues, or comply with legal or payment-provider requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund where required.
5. Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, we may provide access through an account, download page, email, or another electronic delivery method. You are responsible for using a current email address and maintaining access to your account and email.
If a download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you cannot access a purchased product, contact us atsupport@elonvideos.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product.
6. License and Permitted Use
Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased video asset in your own personal or commercial creative projects, subject to these Terms.
You may generally:
- edit, crop, resize, color-grade, combine, and synchronize the asset with other content;
- use the finished project in websites, social-media content, advertising, presentations, films, video productions, and other lawful commercial or personal projects; and
- use the finished project for yourself or for a client, provided the asset is incorporated into a larger creative work and is not redistributed as a standalone asset.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or redistribute the original asset;
- make the asset available as a standalone download, stock file, template, library, or competing asset product;
- upload the original file to a public repository, shared drive, asset library, or platform where others can download it;
- use the asset to create a competing stock-media service;
- claim ownership of the original asset; or
- use the asset unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
If a product listing includes a different license, that product-specific license controls for that product. If you need an extended, resale, white-label, or other special license, contact us before using the asset.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, product previews, descriptions, branding, text, graphics, and digital assets are owned by or licensed to ElonVideos LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the license expressly granted in these Terms or a product-specific license, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. User Content and Feedback
If you submit comments, reviews, suggestions, or other content, you grant ElonVideos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for operating and improving the business, subject to applicable law. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access;
- bypass download limits, access controls, or security measures;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy, or redistribute products without permission;
- use another person’s account or payment method without authorization;
- upload malware or harmful code; or
- use the website in violation of applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may depend on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, analytics, email, authentication, or digital delivery. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, downloads, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or software application.
We do not guarantee that a product will produce a particular business, marketing, audience, or financial result. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use complies with applicable law and the license restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElonVideos LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the website or products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase during the applicable period.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElonVideos LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or an account when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, license restrictions, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, and liability limits.
If your account is terminated for a material violation, any license obtained through unauthorized use or payment reversal may also be terminated to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming. unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a formal claim, the parties should first try in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting support@elonvideos.com. This provision does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
